Eric Bloom is the Executive Director of the IT Management and Leadership Institute, a contributing writer to CIO.com, TEDx speaker, technologist, #1 bestselling author, PM/BA Times columnist, and a research advisor for IDC. Prior to his current role, Eric was a senior IT executive at various prestigious firms such as Fidelity Investments, Monster.com and Independence Investments.

He is also a recognized thought leader on how to maximize the value of technical skill and knowledge though enhanced interpersonal communication and business acumen.

Phil AilesPhil Ailes, Learning and Development Specialist

Phil is the President of Ailes Consulting LLC, providing management and training solutions for their clients.

Phil has extensive experience in the development and delivery of innovative technical and management courses. Prior to Ailes Consulting Phil worked at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Project Manager/Instructional Designer designing, developing, delivering and managing company-wide IT training programs. Phil has worked as the Sales Training Manager at Markem, Global Training Director at NetScout systems, and Senior Sales Trainer at Digital Equipment Corporation.

He holds a Master of Management degree from Cambridge College in Cambridge Massachusetts.

Phil is dedicated to the success of his customers through the use of innovative and interactive training techniques, ensuring positive results.
