Leading Organizational Change in a Virtual Workplace
This Leading Organizational Changing in a Virtual World course is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills and techniques needed to facilitate change within their organizations to meet business objectives, such as modifying existing processes, rolling out new systems, driving digital innovation, or other similar organizational initiatives when working from home or other remote working location.
Course Objectives:
