Leading Through Influence
This Leading Through Influence course, based on Eric Bloom’s book “Office Influence: Get What You Want from the Mailroom to the Boardroom”, is designed to provide students with a working understanding of key the influence concepts, techniques and tactics needed to move people’s thinking, actions and decisions in a way that forwards your business objectives.
Course Objectives:
Upon completion of the Leading Through Influence course, students will be able to:
- Increase their knowledge of key influence concepts, techniques and practices
- Enhance their ability to influence those inside and outside your organization
- Create their own action plan designed to maximize their office influence
