Observability: The ability to understand a system’s internal condition by analyzing signals such as logs, metrics, traces, events, and user experience data
Organizational Agility: The ability of an IT organization to respond quickly and effectively to changing business priorities, market conditions, technologies, and risks
Outcome Orientation: A management mindset that focuses on measurable business results and user value rather than activity volume or task completion alone
