This Coaching and Mentoring Success in a Hybrid Workplace course is designed to help managers enhance the short-term job performance and long-term career growth of the employees within their organization. This includes general concepts on coaching and mentoring, description of the 5D Coaching Process, and information on various mentoring concepts and best practices.
Course Objectives:
