Organizational Change Management for AI Adoption
This class is part of our Certificate in IT AI Management (ITAIM) program!
This Organizational Change Management for AI Adoption course equips participants with the practical knowledge and structured change management approaches needed to help organizations successfully adopt AI-enabled solutions.
Attendees will learn how to prepare stakeholders for AI-driven change, align AI initiatives with business and IT goals, assess organizational readiness, address resistance, communicate the value and impact of AI, and guide teams through the transition from current processes to AI-enabled ways of working.
The class introduces practical change management tools and implementation frameworks for deploying AI technologies responsibly, effectively, and sustainably. Participants will explore how to build awareness, create desire and buy-in, support knowledge and skill development, reinforce new behaviors, update processes, address data and governance considerations, and improve the likelihood that AI initiatives deliver measurable organizational value.
Course Objectives:
Upon completion of the Organizational Change Management for AI Adoption course, students will be able to:
