Class Description:
The ITMLP Implementation Workshop is a weekly one-hour group coaching session designed to help IT leaders successfully apply the concepts and strategies learned in the three-day Information Technology Management and Leadership Professional (ITMLP®) class to their real-world management environments.

Through interactive discussions, peer collaboration, practical guidance, and additional topical content, participants will explore the implementation of key topics including technical leadership, communication, AI, cybersecurity, IT methodologies, budgeting, vendor management, and internal client service.

Prerequisites:
Three-day Information Technology Management and Leadership Professional (ITMLP®) class

Class Logistics:

• 10 weeks in length, with a new IT leadership based topic each week
• Each week includes
  • Weekly 1-hour virtual, instructor-led group coaching sessions
    • Discussion and Q&A on the week’s instructional video and topic in general
    • Q&A on previous topics, IT industry trends, key IT events, and other related topics
    • Group coaching on current IT challenges and career related topics
  • Supplemental content on each weekly topic

Cost:
The cost is $1,250per student, which includes:

• All items listed in above class logistics section
• One-year access to our IT Leadership Growth Library
• Monthly Alumni Continuous Learning Newsletters
• 10 PDUs (Professional Development Units) to be used toward ongoing educational requirements of other certifications (if applicable)
