Recognizing that many companies already have high-quality, successful, and time-tested “Traditional New Manager Training” classes in place, we have developed a set of new IT manager training modules designed to complement these existing training programs.
The IT New Manager Communication Overlay is highly customizable, designed to bring new IT manager interpersonal communication skills to the next level, teaching topics that:
- Are not included in your organization’s traditional new manager training
- Can be your organization’s new manager training if you don’t have one
